High precision positioning is identified while holding a long arm with high rigidity.
It corresponds to the photomask of 10th generation liquid crystal panels, which is able to transfer the mask to various processes and inspection equipment securely.

Distribution Board Power is supplied from the factory primary side to the receiving arm via the distribution terminal internal terminal block. The main breaker of the assist arm is placed inside the distribution board.
Safety Measurement and Dust Countermeasure (1) The motor is under protection when assist arm is set to the catcher (during Z axis operation). It will be stopped by the safety bumper due to the clash.
(2) All handover operations after condition selection (transfer device, mask size, plate thickness, etc.) can be done by a hand switch. Delivery also can be done by pushing the blinking switches in order.
(3) It is able to switch to reverse operation when a problem is identified during operation of the device (confirmed by man-made operation).
(4) For the driving device of the upper claw in the hand part, using the clean room actuator to suck the air inside with a vacuum pump.
(5) Using cleanness products to wipe off extra oil for ball screw and grease of LM guide.
Log Function (1) It records the history of the operator and each motor, etc. together with the date and time.
(2) The number of records up to 35
(3) In addition to the operation history, recording of alarm history together with the date and time. The number of records is 30 (Display data up to 28).
