How many degrees can the tempatature be set between?

A:

It can be kept warm or cold from approximately 5° C to 60° C.

Is it possible to use PORT without the dedicated application?

A:

Yes, it is. It can be activated directly by a button on the device without the need for an app. (2 levels of Hot and Cold)

Q:

Is it rechargeble?

A:

No, it is not.
It is supplied with a USB-C to USB-A cable.

Q:

The refrigerator does not cool sufficiently.

A:

Please check and resolve the following and if that does not solve the problem, the product might have a malfunction, so please contact the dealer where you purchased it.

1. Is the door closed correctly?
2. If the refrigerator over filled?
3. Is the air intake fan clogged with dust?
4. Was the refrigerator installed correctly?

There must be a minimum of 100 mm of space on the air exhaust port side, so make a hole in the wall or install a louver.

Q:

What is the temperature inside the refrigerator?

A:

The temperature inside the refrigerator is 5° C ±1.5° C when the room temperature is 25° C.

Q:

How long does it take for the refrigerator to completely cool?

A:

It takes approximately 3 to 4 hours to reach 5° C when the temperature inside the refrigerator is 25° C (our research).

Q:

The sound of the refrigerator is a concern.

A:

There is fan noise during operation. The may be a problem with the refrigerator if the sound is very load, so please contact the dealer where you purchased it.

Q:

Can the direction the door opens be changed after purchase?

A:

The refrigerator uses a different mechanism for opening left or right, so this cannot be changed after purchase.

Q:

What colors are available?

A:

The refrigerator is available in either black or white and the color on the inside is the same as that on the outside.

Q:

What are the detailed dimensions of the refrigerator?

A:

The outside dimensions are W 392 mm × H 355 mm × D 104 mm and the inside dimensions are W 220 mm × H 275 mm × D 72 mm.

What installation method is used for the wall-mounted refrigerator?

A:

Please refer to the instruction manual for detailed information.

Q:

The refrigerator power does not come on.

A:

If the power does not turn on, please try the following to resolve the issue.
1. Unplug the power cord and plug it in again and check if this solves the problem.
2. Check if the breaker has tripped or if there is a power outage.
3. Check if there is electricity in the power outlet.
4. Is an extension cord or power strip being used?
If checking and resolve these do not solve the issue, please contact the dealer where you purchased the refrigerator.

What is the temperature setting increments and range?

A:

The temperature can be set in increments of 1° C in the range of -5°C to 60° C.

Q:

The set temperature is not attained.

A:

This product sets the temperature at ±15° C from the outside air temperature, so the set temperature might not be reached if it is outside this ±15° C range. For example, if the outside air temperature is 25° C, the environmental temperature range that can be set inside the chamber is 10° C to 40° C.

Q:

How long does it take to assemble?

A:

It can be assembled in approximately 20 minutes by one person.

Q:

Is it possible to increase the capacity?

A:

Multiple units of this product can be joined together, so the capacity can be increased by using optional joint parts.

Photomask Transport System

Q:

What sizes are supported by the assist arm?

A:

For the standard type, it is X direction: 500 mm to 1500 mm, Y direction: 500 mm to 1500 mm.
For 10th generation, it is X direction: 800 mm to 1800 mm, Y direction: 800 mm to 1800 mm.

Q:

Can the assist arm be used to place the photomask to be shipped in a case?

A:

Yes it can. There is a mask loading/unloading device.
A mask rotating device (MRD) is available to invert the front and back of the photomask.

Q:

Can multiple handover devices be used?

A:

When stationary, the assist arm can hand over to 4 surrounding locations. A path can be added to hand over to more devices (up to a maximum of 8).

Q:

We have many production processes, so the production equipment is not built into a single line.

A:

A path can be installed for each line and a transport cart called a MGV used to freely and safely transport the photomasks between lines. Further, multiple carts can be used to store the photomasks without storing them in cases.

Pre-Alignment Unit

Q:

Can a single cart support from 4 to 12 inches?

A:

There are two type pre aligner units: the WA-8A supports 4, 5, 6, and 8 inches, and the WA-12A supports 8 and 12 inches.

Q:

Are silicon wafers the only type of work that is supported?

A:

The catalog model is the WA Series, but silicon wafers with a mirror type SEMI standard surface are also supported. Other types of work can be supported by placing a special order.
