● What is ISO9001?

This is a standard set by the International Standards Organization (ISO) to ensure the quality of products and services and to improve customer satisfaction. It prescribes the requirements for building a quality management system. The integrated quality management system operated by TEX E.G. obtained ISO9001 certification in March 2018. The company continues to focus on quality management based on ISO9001 to continuously strive to provide high-quality products and greater customer satisfaction.

4  Temperature control research activities

Fundamental Research & Conference Presentations

We conduct our own fundamental research. The results from this research have been published in European journals, such as the Journal of Electronic Materials and the Journal of Alloys and Compounds, and has been presented at conferences. Based on our corporate philosophy we are exploring the unknown possibilities of technology to achieve even high-quality production.

Hackathons

Our company engineers come up with ideas for set themes and then develop applications and services within the set time periods. They then enter the results in competitive events called hackathons. TEX E.G. holds one hackathon a year to facilitate the creation of new business products, generate communication, and conduct technical training. Engineers from around the world gather at the hackathon to compete as teams.

Idea Contests

Idea contests are held to have employees submit product ideas to promote the practical utilization of our unique technologies. These contests generate internal communication, promote understanding of our technologies, and generate ideas for new business products.
